  • When I bring my Computer or Printer in for repair, what else do I need to bring with it?
  • The only portion of your computer that we need is the CPU unit, also referred to sometimes as the "tower". If your computer is a laptop, we will need the AC adapter as well as the laptop itself. No other cables or peripheral devices are needed unless they are malfunctioning or need installation.

    For printers, please leave the toner or ink cartridge(s) in the machine. Leave the paper tray with paper in the machine. Bring the power cord in with you and we will let you know if we need it.

  • Do you charge for diagnostic services?
  • Yes, we charge a flat rate for this service based on the type of equipment we're repairing. This is because diagnostics are a critical part of the repair process and we invest time to properly troubleshoot your machine. Diagnostic fees are deducted from the final repair price.
  • How long will it take to complete my repair?
  • Repair times can depend on a number of variables, including warranty status, the workload at the time of drop-off, the time it may take to diagnose, the time it takes for a part to ship, and whether the part is available. Typically repairs take 2 to 5 business days. Upgrades such as memory or hard drive installations can often be done within the same day. We also offer expedited repair service which guarantees that a technician will perform diagnostics and report back to you within 4 hours. There is an additional fee for this service.
  • What is the warranty on a repair?
  • Most service parts have a warranty of three months, and we warranty the repair and parts for that period of time.
  • What computers do you work on?
  • We repair most major brands of computers. TTS Business Products is authorized to provide warranty repair on IBM/Lenovo computers. We are a Lenovo Premier Service Partner.
  • What other office equipment do you service?
  • TTS Business Products services most printers & multifunction devices, plotters, fax equipment, dictation equipment, calculators and typewriters. TTS Business Products is authorized to perform warranty repairs for Lenovo, Lexmark, Brother and Samsung.
  • Do you offer on-site service?
  • In addition our repair facility in Garden City, we also provide in office / home service for most computers & printers in our service area. Prices vary based on the type of equipment being serviced.
